Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Puerto Rico and the continental USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns / Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, just return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
Return / Refund Policy and Procedure: Purchases from www.thetoysroom.com may be returned at any time, however items must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Before you return the item(s), please contact us.
If the item you would like to return was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, we will give you a store credit.
Damaged shipments: I you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement right away. Then we will arrange the return of the damaged item.
"Clearance" items or items that have been identified as "Discontinued" are final sales and cannot be returned. If they were received defective/damaged or incomplete, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs Responsibility: Unless the items were shipped to you in error or if the products are defective and/or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect shipment, a shipment that is not yours or a shipment that is defective/damaged or incomplete, please contact us. so we can resolve the issue by providing you with a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.
